The stylist that cut my hair was very helpful and pleasant.
Everything went well except for the online check-in. When I have used the online check-in I select the hairstylist that I have used for my haircuts. But after I select the stylist it comes back as first available and not the stylist I picked. So this confusion means a wait time when I get there because the online request is not working to make your selection

I like the online registry and wait time indicator. It saves a lot of sitting and waiting.
I went for a trim after 6 weeks without a cut and the stylist asked how much I wanted off - I said 1/2 inch or so. After I got home and combed it out it looked too long still so I went back the next day and had it shortened at no charge by a different stylist as the original was not in.
The facility was clean and sanitized.
Stylists were friendly.
Overall a very good experience — will be back !!

Fair pricing for a professional haircut.
The option to do a post-haircut shampoo and rinse is awesome. That way I don't go home with a bunch of hair all over myself. I also like that there are sports on TV while I'm getting my haircut.

The food was very good although my stake was a bit dry. The hostess was overly friendly and the bathrooms were clean.

All of the employees that have cut my son hair all did a great job. Everyone knows exactly how to cut a boys hair perfectly.
I like that no matter who cuts my hair I never have to explain what I want done yet I always leave with the same skillfully crafted haircut.
