My back felt just as tight leaving as it did when I arrived. I told my masseuse that my spine was ticklish and needed more pressure applied, but he avoided the area and moved on to other parts of my body. I asked more pressure again because it felt like he was just putting lotion on me. I told him my lower back was a major concern of mine, his only solution for my pain was to put me in a spinal twist. Because he hadn’t warmed up my lower back muscles, the twist was stiff and painful. I would love a refund for the price of the massage so I can get one from a more experienced masseuse.

My massage was supposed to be 60 minutes, it was definitely under that. I was in the parking lot still at 3:20 but my massage was done by 4:20. The masseuse seemed almost afraid to touch me- she did not massage my lower back or glutes, even though those were the areas I highlighted as primary concern. Also, when I went to check out the price did not reflect what was posted online. Thankfully the receptionist was kind and found a discount for me, but regardless this was a pretty disappointing visit.

Rooms need updated and repainted the lobby, and bathrooms looks nicer than the rooms. You walk into the front door it’s pretty more inviting then you go back to get your massage then it’s looks old . Color scheme and decor should be like the lobby. Treat your therapist better with respect and pay them more money . I miss Zac and Shante they really knew their job and explained things if you are a member (which I have been since 2010) things you can get as a-member. Offer more incentives as a member to stay like add oils to your session or something else. I get the impression that money is now more important than your customers or employees. I have stayed this with Lavida because I love my therapist.
