This is the second time my partner and I booked with Patricia and had the same problem. On 3/23 I was booked for a 90 minute massage (80 hands-on) at 2:45pm. She took me back at 2:43pm and spoke to me for about 4 minutes about her resume. The massage was okay but the ending felt rushed. Once I got up to put my clothes on I realized it was 3:54pm. This was not a 90 minute massage (or 80). When I brought this up to the front desk, it was brushed off to just being "a few minutes under". My massage should've ended at 4:10 to allow time to get dressed. I lost 16 minutes that I paid for. The front desk worker didn't show any concern and offered no solutions. I asked to have any remaining appointments with her rebooked. I was then asked to tip and refused for obvious reasons. My partner had a similar experience in the past where Patricia did not give her the full time (which was a couples massage so she had to wait 15 minutes for me and was told that I just got extra time which I didn't). The customer service was unacceptable, especially since solutions weren't offered. Even a free entrancement on the next service would have been nice. This is part of the reason I cancelled my membership. Why raise the prices if we're going to receive less time and poor customer service.

Hope is amazing. She is very attentive to any changes and tailors my massage to fit my changes and pains to target my problem areas. I no longer see a chiropractor as she is so amazing. I have never felt so good in my life. I love chatting with her and look forward to my visits. Danielle at the desk is so sweet too and always gets me in when she can. I love coming

We understand that our price increase has impacted some people, but the adjustment was made nationwide by our corporate office to reflect the new economic conditions and allow us to continue to provide excellent service with excellent therapists and compete with other spas in the area that have the same or higher prices. Rest assured, your membership was grandfathered in with a lower rate that is no longer offered.

My therapist cancelled originally then rebooked after I had already set up appointment with another therapist. Then she arrived late and during the course of the massage dropped the stone on my head, which really hurt. I feel there should be some sort of compensation offered to me, free massage or discount or something just for proper customer service.
