Stephanie was friendly and courteous, but most especially considerate of my needs. She asked about my areas of concern and addressed them. This was my 1st 90 minute massage and all 90 minutes were well used. I have never had 90 minutes move so quickly. The receptionist helped book my next appointment. She spent time explaining package and membership options. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

There are never enough time slots in the App to schedule an appointment, even when I look two to three weeks out. Most appointments are between the hours of 11 a.m. 4:00 p.m. When you work a regular work day, these time slots do not work and you can never get in on the weekends.

I had pre booked my appointment a month in advance because I had requested a specific massage therapist and that was her first opening that aligned with my schedule, I even received a confirmation email a day or two before stating it was with her. When I arrived I was not with who I booked with, and when I asked why they said because I came across as a “new client” so they moved me out of her schedule and with someone else without contacting me. When I got there they realized I am not a new client, and regardless if I was- I had the option to pick my therapist specifically so if there was a change that needed to be made I feel as though I should have been contacted prior to my appointment. Regardless, The therapist I was placed with instead was very nice and a did a thorough job so this is not a complain to her.

I was not happy with this location . Literally every time I call no one answers the phone , I had to call a different location to change something with my appointment. The Shelby location is not as nice , kind of dumpy.
