My boyfriend purchased a 90 minute massage for my birthday. It was I guess some special that was going on at that time. When I called to schedule my appointment they did not have a 90 minute available. After the massage was done I wanted to schedule the remainder of my gift card (30 minutes) and I was told they don't do 30 minutes and that next time it would be $99. I am obligated to schedule another appointment thus spending more money on something that was supposed to be a birthday present.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It seems that there may have been a misunderstanding with your gift card, and we sincerely apologize that this happened. As a first time client, the special that we offer is that you receive a discounted price for your first massage. Some may choose to book a 60 minute session or a 90 minute session, but the discount only applies to your first appointment. We do offer a membership program where we offer our guests a discounted price even after their first visit. We can understand that we may not have had a 90 minute session available on the day that you wanted to book, and that you would have preferred to use the amount gifted to you in its entirety. However, the amount on a gift card is available to spend through your choosing. Of course, you are always welcome to come back and use the remainder of your gift card!

I really felt like this was the first try massage I have received. Alexandra was great, very thorough worked through some spots I had on my back especially. Every one in the salon was friendly and helpful. I have another massage scheduled!

Adam knows me well. My aches and pains. Knows when to do deep tissue massages or not. I would not be a regular member is Adam was got here.
I also like the reminders that are sent out. Very helpful. Along with a text whenever I make an apt.

Not very welcoming from the receptionist to my massage therapist. Neither seemed too excited to welcome me as a new client.
My therapist was the wrong type (potentially my problem as I was selecting my time availability rather than style) of therapist for what I wanted/needed. She admitted she normally is a deep tissue style and that pressure was too much for my needs.
Very "just another appointment to get through" type of feel to it. I've had plenty of massages in my life but always got the step by step of what to do from each therapist. This one was pretty much just assuming that I knew what to do and told me to lie on the table.
Afterwards it was pretty much 'see ya' on out the door she went.
Went production line feel to it.
Wrong type of massage for what I was looking for and the lack of welcoming/compassion I would not rush to recommend this location and/or therapist in the future.

I received a wonderful massage from Bruce last weekend. The only thing I would change was the location of my room. I was next to a break room and during my massage, instead of hearing the soft music/meditation sounds, I was hearing people talking and laughing. I will ask for another room for my next visit and hope this remedies the noise level.
