The products have no smell and things are left in neat conditions. Some merry maid cleaners are tidier than others. Noticed Nov cleaning for kitchen sink product used, stayed spot free for up to almost two weeks. However bed was not made. Most times the bed is made and I appreciate that. Thought it would be part of the whole cleaning service. Overall I receive a great service. Would like the cleaning schedule to be mixed ie. morning, late morning, early afternoon and late afternoon cleaning times. The majority of times are usually the afternoons. Currently I have no restrictions on timing. I appreciate the phone call ahead to remind with the date and time used. Since the cleaning went up $20 for me last year, I find I can only manage once per month. Since I live by myself and have one room empty and as long as I have full cleaning service provided, the monthly cleaning fits my needs. I understand the taxes are included also. Thank you.

The house was very clean!! I was happy with the service. My only issue was that I was told the price was $90 an hour for 3 cleaners, but only 2 cleaners arrived. This meant that the price was about $100 more than I was expecting since it obviously would take more hours with fewer cleaners.

The service is great I think the girls who come are top notch.

My house always smells clean but not too chemical when the cleaning is finished.

The girls have been great for me. That is why I booked them every two weeks .I like how they focus on different areas and leave a note outlining what they have focused on for that visit. My only suggestion is the visits seem quite short. I would give customers a minimum of two hours so the girls don't feel rushed and the customer feels they have been given adequate time. If they finish early,I had a cleaning lady who used to put out garbage from the house and put on or empty the dishwasher. Changing bed linen would be a nice option to choose from as I hate changing the sheets.

Items are left in order after cleaning and dusting and there is never a cleaning product smell in the rooms. Carpets also don't smell like they can after they are vacuumed.

The ladies always arrive on time, then go about the cleaning tasks without any delay. Anytime there is a "once in a while" small task that we would like them to do, all we do is ask and the answer is "sure" or "no problem". Very efficient and 'no-nonsense' service.
