Based on the soft lighting and gentle music I was assuming you wanted to create a relaxing environment, however, my masseuse WOULD NOT STOP TALKING! I have 3 small children at home and a husband on the rare chance I get to do something like this, for myself, by myself, the absolute last thing i wanted to do was make small talk! It honestly ruined the whole experience! And I was told I was going in for a prenatal massage but the masseuse wasn't even informed ahead of time that I was pregnant. I was REALLY looking forward to a relaxing experience but was thoroughly disappointed!

I have been a member for three months. I have never waited more than ten minutes for my appointment. The staff are always very courteous.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback for us. I certainly understand rescheduling appointments is very frustrating. Looking back I do see where we had to reschedule your appointments twice because of our therapists being ill. We do have a very strict illness policy here as we do not want therapist coming in when they are not well and risking getting our clients or other therapists sick as well. We look forward to seeing you back in the Center again soon.
