What could we do to improve?

Who ever worked there last month failed to schedule me correctly, and I did not get my facial. It takes me an hour to get there, and a new client had been scheduled at my time. I could not wait around, so the new client got the spot.

I like LaVida's staff.
They are kind and professional.
The Massage therapist are very good.
The location is convienent to our neighborhood.
The fascility is clean.
I do not feel rushed out the door.
As a senior, my gratuity is less than working people, but it is still appreciated.
The cost is affordable to my income.
