My family and I just moved here from Louisiana. I figured with all the moving and me being pregnant my husband deserved some pampering! So, I found LaVida! My husband has a back injury but got the ok to finally get his first massage. I scheduled him an appointment with Peter. When he got home he told me all about his massage. Not only was Peter really good but he was really nice and friendly!! We will both return soon! Thanks LaaVida!

Ashley was really great! Made me feel very comfortable, really knowledgeable in anatomy and her craft, and no pain or discomfort during the massage (I've always been a bit uncomfortable at massages at other establishments). Will be going back and I highly recommend her!

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful. Stephen is amazing! Not only does he isolate the area(s) that I suggest, but he always goes further to provide me with the best massage for the whole body. Stephen knows that I have issues with my hips, so after the massage he recommends stretches to help loosen the muscles in my hip area in order to relieve the pain. Thanks Stephen!

Very professional staff. My therapist listened to me and concentrated on the areas that really needed it. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. My massage was so good that I purchased a membership. I am looking forward to coming back.

Really nice please, and clean, also very professional service, I really enjoyed my visit there.
Love a few of the therapists and the staff. Do not love that there are discourteous clients and therapist and thin doors that when people want to talk out side in the hallway are an easy distraction to those of us trying to have our massage in peace. Please tell your staffe and clients to take their conversations to the zen room or to the front lobby. Post signs if need be.
Not telling people they can't use their credits at other locations. Not explaining credits can only be used on massage and facials, after getting waxing services and having to pay cash!

Was told if I cancelled my membership would lose all my saved time. Also not all locations are available through membership. Was not told this during signup.
We strive to clearly explain our no contract membership program. As state on the single sheet form you signed & received a copy of, you may cancel any time and must use up all sessions by end of the cancellation month. Your membership is good at 4 locations all of which are within 15miles of your address on record. As explained to you in March, to prevent any fraud or misunderstandings, we do require a signed cancellation form.

My husband felt his masseuse was inexperienced. I felt mine was unable to manage time to body area when compared to my previous massage at this establishment.
