How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The massage was the worst one I've ever had. The tempo, cadence, spots were all wrong even after I literally pointed to spots on my back that needed work. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, she used a hot stone that burned my back (which I have photos of and will be sending to your corporate office). And finally she put some random salt scrub on my back at the end... after my back being burned. Let's just say I am not happy and considering next steps.
