Great deep tissue massage

I loved the calm atmosphere. The waiting room was beautiful and the massage room was relaxing. The massage was amazing and I enjoyed the feedback after my massage was over. I will definitely be back to see Allison soon.
My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage at the Bloomfield location. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable. I would absolutely go again and recommend to family and friends.
Your reception experience.
Getting a massage should be a relaxing experience from the moment you walk through the door. Your reception staff talked loudly to each other the entire time about Phone apps, computer issues and more, and juggled is around between the two of them upon arrival. We were actually concerned we’d be able to hear them through the walls in our massage. For first time visitors, this is the first impression and it’s very tacky.
Unfortunate becuse the actual massage experience was great.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the masseuse, everyone had a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service. Jake was AMAZING. If you like deep tissue, he’s the best!
The only thing I would really change is letting the client choose the music they like. I am sure many clients have varied tastes in music and what relaxes them more.

Personalized care. I came in with a lot of pain in my neck and Ivan was incredibly helpful. He gave me good advice on how to take care of it moving forward.

The location is close to my house. The pricing isn't too high and the therapist I had for my first massage was professional, kind and knowledgeable.
The establishment is very clean and relaxing. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and even gave tips on how to stretch and work out some stress in my shoulders. I would highly recommend this place and have already set up another appointment.
I Have been to La-vida a few times now and every time my massage has been wonderful. Lisa is great!!! I was upset my last visit because i called ahead to make sure I can use my gift card a bonus one and they said yes but when i tried to use it they said it was not valid anymore. Overall a nice place to get a massage nice staff and relaxing and clean.
I really enjoyed my massage!! It was hard to compare to any other massage because it was my first. I will definitely be coming back and will be getting a few massages for family for Christmas.

I am very happy with the friendliness and warm welcome I receive when I come in. I have just begun working with John. I hadn't felt "like jelly" afterwards in previous sessions with others as I used to when I was in Indiana. John provides that kind of healing relaxation for me. I will be coming more frequently now! The therapists are excellent.
Have more availability-more therapists. I find it hard to schedule an appointment when I really need one and have to wait at least 2 weeks. Often when checking in there are phone calls coming in and the receptionist says “I’m sorry we don’t have any availability today” so I know I’m not the only one this happens to.
