That I leave there fully relaxed
The massage professional I saw was very knowledgeable about different techniques, and was obviously interested in treating the whole body.
Scheduling has been an ongoing challenge. It is difficult to schedule with our preferred therapists which led to cancelling our program. Now we have 6 sessions to use before 12/1 before we lose them which is likely given the scheduling challenges.
We will patronize Lavida but cannot continue to be billed for services that we cannot utilize.
The therapist are amazing as well as the front desk staff. Love everything about this place.
My professional was amazing! She was very responsive and applied the perfect amount of pressure like I had asked! Best massage I’ve ever had!

I thought that the facility was very nice and that the lady that did my massage was great. I'll need to come back for a 90 minute massage next time to really make a decision on whether to become a member

I was a little bit late but Itzel was still able to take her time and give me a really great massage that focused on my upper and lower back.
I had broken my leg (tibia) this summer. After removing my cast, my muscles were knotted up all over my body and I had a terrible limp. I saw Alex who did a bunch of work to not only help gain mobility in the leg that had the broken bone, but also to loosen up the rest of my body that had helped compensate.
Alex is the sole reason that I was able to get rid of the limp and finish healing correctly. In just a month I was able to move freely again. I highly recommend him if you are an athlete or want real massage work done (not just the relaxation type.) He is highly capable of doing real healing through his bodywork.

Every time I go for my 60 min massage it worth every penny. Erin is excellent she understands and pays attention to a area where I need the most massaging ! I recently cook my first facial and microdermabrasion with Janelle what an awesome and a relaxing experience
