Your staff is great. They are friendly and professional. Since I am a bald man, normally, I only come in to look. Sooner or later, I am wrestled to the tile (which is kept very clean) and am treated to a Johnson & Johnson floor wax job to the ol' bean. That shine remains for about four weeks at which time I return for a free re-buff. A couple weeks later, I again return for the "full treatment". By the way, your staff always smiles while they pin me to the floor for my "session". I just can't wait for the next four weeks to pass.
Only issue i have is I was told they were unable to trim my beard
The stylists are much more knowledgeable on men's haircuts.

The experience is defined by the stylist that provides it. I have had average stylists that go through the motions. I have also experienced great stylists, like Taryn, that provide great service, a high quality outcome, and makes sure needs are anticipated before they're asked.
In this case, Taryn provided a great experience like always. She is an asset to the Sport Clips brand and should be provided an opportunity to advance with the franchisee or with Corporate.
