My stylist, Dianna, was super helpful. She always makes sure my haircut comes out the way that I want it. This last haircut, there was a blend that I thought could be worked on, Dianna took a second look at it made sure it was blended then triple checked after washing my hair, making sure it was perfect. It’s the attention to detail that I love, something about being heard and striving to keep every customer happy.

I was a bit confused by the online appointment system. It told me to arrive at 2:02, which I did. However, I had to wait about 25 minutes to be served. You could be clearer about when the appointment actually is, so I don't have to wait for service so long.
