She greeted me and saw that my previous haircut was NOT written down as I changed about the beginning of 2022 so we discussed my current style. She picked up on that I have the grey fuzz near my ears cut off and the fuzz at the back of my shoulder is shaved off. She also asked if I wanted to "round cut" in the back as it appears that is what I've been doing. She also asked if I wanted my eye brows trimmed which is the first thing my wife (of 43 years) noticed when I returned home. In other words, the stylist noticed what I had been doing and wanted to know if I wanted to stay with that style as it hadn't been written down. I firmly believe this small act is one of the things that makes Sport Clips rise above all the others. Please reinforce this to all your stylists. After the cut, she inquired if I wanted the MVP or Extra-MVP. My MVP was one of the best as the hot towel was actually hot and not just warm. The head and then the shoulder massage was just enough pressure.
I mentioned my longer side hairs getting in my face. So she suggested and used a styling gel. I bought one there. There was NO sales pressure, but simply answered my questions which prompted me toward my purchase.
Overall, I highly recommend this stylist. Please let her know I GREATLY appreciate her treatment. I felt special.
