The carpets looked great after zerorez. My one concern was how long it took to dry. The stairs took over 24 hours to dry. Dusty, the technician, was very clean-cut, friendly, and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure having him in our home. Over-all, we were very pleased.
I liked that there were no chemicals used when the carpets/tile and couch were cleaned. Everything looked and felt clean. Friendly, on time and competent.

I REALLY LIKE HOW MY CARPETS TURNED OUT, THEY ARE VERY OLD, AND I DIDNT THINK THEY COULD GET SO CLEAN, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOLD ME HOW THEY USED THE WATER, AND ORANGE, OUR DOG HAS MANY ALLERGIES SO IM GLAD THERE WASNT TO MUCH CHEMICALS IN THE CLEANING. I WOULD TELL ANY ONE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, IN FACT I DID, AS HE WAS PUTTING HIS HOSES AWAY, SOME FRIENDS CAME DOWN THE STREET,, AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND GAVE THEM A BUSINESS CARD. John worked very hard cleaning our ducts. Unfortunately the hose got plugged due to our dryer vent being very dirty. But he was quick to get us set up with a follow-up appointment to get the job finished.
I like the way the carpet stays clean after it is dry, instead of looking like it has soap scum on the surface.
