the great hospitality of the staff and my opportunity to first observe a class...I picked up your brochure at Aveda/Cherry Creek Center. I am a new Denver resident, relocating here to care for a wonderful 98 year-old family friend. I was hooked after first observing a class, then taking a complimentary Bar Basics class. I am 65 but need to recover and maintain my physical strength, especially as a caregiver with limited free time. The Bar Method Denver is my support system of choice...and I smile as I attend each class!
