The whole environment is very relaxing and all of the staff are very friendly! Never disappointed when I come here! The one minor feedback I'd give that is more of a tip than anything constructive is to make sure your staff, specifically massage therapists in this case, have a culturally conscious lens to their practice. What I mean by that is my massage included a head massage (which isn't something the therapist has always done when I've had different therapists) and it was great, I love a good head massage, however, I'm a black woman and just touching my hair without permission is a big no. Again, I was fine and not offended at all and made a mental note to indicate the next time I come in to avoid my head or that it's fine to touch my head, but it should probably be a standard inclusive practice to ask all people (but especially BIPOC individuals) if it's okay to touch their head before doing so!

I like the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciate the professionalism of the staff. Sarah has always been good at having good conversation, which is stimulating and also somewhat distracting from what could otherwise be possibly an awkward situation.

I always enjoy treating myself to a full spa experience at Rasa! From check-in to check-out and of course every moment in-between, the staff and providers are exceptionally kind, warm and professional. I literally float out the door when I'm done.

Paul is the best. I have tried a number of massage therapist in Ithaca and he is the only person I found who does the muscle release technique. I go once a month and my pain level has gone down dramatically!

Good therapists and reasonable price. Lounge is pretty nice. Lounge area footrest cushions need cleaning. Lounge seat cushions are flat and no longer soft. Men's sauna wasn't very hot. I didn't really like being forced to tip 20% either. Therapist was great but amenities need updates and maintenance.

It is a very relaxing, soothing space, where you can - before and after - just get calm and take time for yourself. I enjoyed my massage with Carol, who asked about any special needs and listened to my replies. A truly lovely afternoon for myself.
