Had to call technicians back out and was initially upset about that. Very pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received over the phone, timeliness of the techs, and that I wasn't charged again for coming back to do the job right.

What could we do to improve?

Pricing is a little high, but the chemicals are effective. Some technicians don't take due care when spraying near plants or landscaping. They'll spray edible herbs and vegetables or drag hoses across plants, breaking branches and ripping flowers off the stems.

What could we do to improve?

This is the second time the technician has left the fence gate wide open. With a pool in the back yard, this gate must remain closed when he leaves here.... do not want a neighbor's child or pet to wander in and fall into the water.

A pre-arrival call is made prior to the service persons arrival. The service person arrives in the time frame specified. The work is taken care of, no fuss--no muss. I appreciate the punctuality.
