Technicians are polite, knowlegable, and very forgiving when we forget about the appointment and have to reschedule.

Friendly customer service
Is there a way to keep track of what are issues are so that they automatically know where to spray, how to spray, and what our bug issues are? Maybe they just ask me every time to be polite and nice but I feel like it could also be because they don't remember what our bug issues are. If I'm not there to tell them, I'm afraid our issues don't actually get resolved.
We have only had one service and it was recent...too early to know for sure.

You said you came in Sept and oct. I saw you in Dept but never saw you or got an email or phone call about the Oct. visit. We have two large ant beds right in the middle of my front yard that have only gotten larger since the first of September. I can only conclude your services don't work or you didn't come out. I haven't paid my oct. Bill because of those reasons. I would think you have some sort of guarantee.

About 10 weeks ago I called for service due to fire ants inside my home. The scheduler told me I would have to wait a week, due to a busy schedule. I had to argue with her to get a sooner response. Fire ants. Inside my house. And I had to forcefully argue? I almost cancelled service that day. I have been a regular customer since 1994 (Bug Away, then Bug Master). I know it was raining at day, but if this is the way you treat customers and conduct business, you can bet on me leaving for another provider. (I can get the same service package $20 cheaper... Just saying...)
Notification of time you will come for service and then following through.
Very prompt on taking care of service calls. We work with Daniel for the monthly service and he is a very friendly to the office staff and communicates well.

Your service tech was very friendly but he really liked to talk. He could have been done in half the time but he just liked to talk too much. He even mentioned that he talks too much.
Arrive at the right time. Says where he will begin his work and does so. Does a complete job of the house and yard that is on his list. Polite when he arrives and when he leaves the job after he is done. Good job.
