Timely and it does a great job
Miscommunication on the inspectors part. Ended up missing an appointment and having to still pay for that appointment. Only discounted 10%. Seems unfairly expensive $1000 for less than 1 hour of exterminators time. It seems to be a jacked up price because what choice do you have other than To just keep having the pests.

I have the same Bug Master Representative each quarter for service. He is very efficient but thorough in providing my quarterly service.

Brandon! He keeps the bugs away. Is so polite and comes when scheduled.
Follow up regularly (semi annually?) with customers to see if there are any outstanding issues that the current treatment is not addressing. We still have an issue with silver fish in the house. I have mentioned this and either no action has been taken or any actions have not been communicated to me.
Daniel is the best! He is SO friendly and attentive to detail! I also like how BM will come out free of charge in between scheduled treatments if we see bugs!
