We like having Douglas doing our service for us.
On time and very courteous.
Servicemen are friendly, and usually same ones.
Bugmaster had recently (June 2014) agreed with me, per my request, to alert me by email about a week or slightly less in advance of your coming, so that we would have a chance to change our appointment, if necessary (occasionally we ask for help on the inside of our house). You all did NOT do so.
Your man came out earlier this week, left us a detailed notice of the spraying (detail appreciated!) as part of the bill, but, again, we had agreed that you'd contact us for an appointment, in the event that we again had particular needs.
Sorry to say this, but other exterminators and companies have been willing to make appointments for the quarterly sprayings. We've discussed whether we want to keep a service that cannot work with us and our schedules.

I do appreciate your checking for wasp. When you service my home in Sept please continue to look for wasp my little granddaughter spotted another nest today behind large air conditioner. I squirted with soapy water and think that will get this nest. They are really bad this year and appreciate your attention to this matter.
My wife was very happy with Gary during the initial visit. She had zero hesitation with hiring him. I was home when Jose came to spray; what a great guy. He even pointed out that our a/c pan had water in it. Probably saved us thousands in repair!

On several occasions did not respond to requested services related to removal of pests. Original services were better than current services. You need to tell me how you are going to make things right.

I called to check on service availability at 9:00 and had a representative come and give an estimate. The following morning I had service with a very nice employee who let me complain about the scorpions, but treated the house, my detached garage and knocked down some wasp nests. I am very pleased.
