What do you like about our services?

The service tech was polite and courteous, and was able to take care of the moderate bed bug problem. I think it was the second visit that really made a difference. I will be watching for any remaining bugs, but they seem to be gone for the most part. The price was better than the four other pest control agencies, so I am satisfied in that area as well.

Ensure you treat the pest as agreed to. I am almost certain that on my last treatment, no granules were put down for ants and flees.

You didn't disappoint. I am just waiting to see if all the bugs died before I give you better than neutral. If they die (and I'm vacuuming every day!) then you get a 10.

What could we do to improve?

Perhaps the termites could not have been detected earlier before they did their damage but every inspection was negative. That worries me and I am still concerned if we can really stop them now.

What do you like about our services?

I like that the same service person has been coming to my house since the beginning. They get to know what to look for and where and it's easy for them to follow-up. The office staff is pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. And they are very flexible about rescheduling when I need to.
