I appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment and how knowledgeable the team was who performed the inspection. Milo Petrovic was very professional and friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain many of the issues that would feature prominently in the report. He offered to answer any further questions over email. I was very impressed with the entire team that performed the inspection and all of their insight. It is worth noting that the team went out of the way to make sure that the 2 year old in the house was also comfortable and they went out of their way to ensure that the experience was positive for our whole family. I would whole-heartedly recommend Carson Dunlop to family, friends and associates at work and in the neighbourhood.
More attention to windows would have been good. One glass on a sliding window was shifted out of place and air coming into home. Vinyl frames were damaged on 8 windows and were not in report, though inspector did advise us to find out from Condo Corp on who was responsible. He did recommend that condo is usually responsible. Would have been good to have the damage noted in the report. Though overall the Scott provided excellent customer service and would be happy to recommend him. With more experience I am confident that these things wouldn't be missed in the future.

Very informative and professionalism
Many things. I liked how clearly things were broken down into categories with photos clearly explaining what the written information was about. Hal also was very patient at explaining things to us in person, clearly pointing out the positives and negatives in our new home. I also liked the fact that I could look at it simply on my computer. This is the second house we purchased. For our first house nine years ago we received a massive binder with a ton of uninteresting jargon and zero photos

Gordon took his time explaining every aspect of the house that he was examining (the good and the concerns). He discussed what he thought required immediate attention vs those that could wait. His quick turnaround of the inspection report including manufacturer recalls on the electronic appliances in the house were much appreciated.
Easy to book appointment, Sal Folino was great to deal with at the inspection, and was available a few days later for a follow up telephone call.
