Our Inspector from Carson Dunlop was Jim Gibson, P. Eng. He is a very knowledgeable, highly professional,systematic and thorough inspector. His inspection and the ongoing help line offered by Carson Dunlop will help my son priorize what needs to be done in his home and how. I am impressed with the kind of service that Carson Dunlop offers and in particular with the inspection done on my son's home by Jim Gibson who is a fantastic representative for your company. I only wish we had requested his services earlier in the renovation process.

I also want to commend the receptionists who dealt with my enquiries. They too were most cordial and helpful.

One thing I learned from the Termite assessment (negative thank goodness!) which was arranged after the Home Inspection was that there is an excellent 3 step treatment process which they offer for homes undergoing renovation--a process which takes advantage to treat the parts of a house which are exposed during the renovation. I would recommend that Carson Dunlop consider informing people who have home inspections prior to purchasing a home in a high termite area that should they renovate in future this is an preventive option which can save them a lot of worry and money.
