Gordon seemed to be very thorough with his work, as far as I could tell. He was very friendly, explained things well, made sure we understood what he talked about, and didn't rush himself or us.
He clearly took great pride in his work and we appreciated his thoroughness.
Electronic report is nice touch for sure.
