Flexibility and scheduling.

Milo was very knowledgeable and his presence and skill allowed me to feel very confident about his findings. Sean from Roto Rooter, too, was very knowledgeable and showed me the images in the camera. I felt well supported in the work done by both men. Thank you. I also appreciated how fast you were able to set up the appointment. There was some mix up after I submitted my online application..I did not hear back until Sunday (from Wed) and I was out all day... so my only suggestion is to get back to clients a bit faster and preferably on a work day. But I am truly grateful for the fine service.

Your engineer was able to accommodate a response with a very short timeline. He then completed a very thorough inspection which in turn gave us the information we needed to submit an appropriate offer on a house.

Blaine Shular was knowledgeable, friendly and provided a solid review of the property. The review went quickly, but given that the house had an unfinished basement and everything seemed to be in very good condition, the review did not present a huge challenge.
