They were flexible with me which was important because there were a lot of variables I had to confirm with my class members before ordering. Also, they were vary fast! I wasn’t sure I would get the shirts as soon as I did. We also got tons of compliments from other classes about our shirts. They look great!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

I ordered 40 custom t-shirts for my family to wear for my son's H.S. graduation party. I placed the order with a request to get the t-shirts later that same week. The owner very patiently worked with me to get my order placed and everything was ready for me on time as promised (actually, a day earlier than I expected). I was very pleased with their customer service, the price was reasonable, and the quality of the shirts was great, too. I will definitely recommend this company to others!

The entire experience was awesome! We had a large T-shirt order with a tight turn for an upcoming event and Big Frog Bloomington took it with ease. Everything turned out beautifully, too! Everyone we dealt with had excellent, friendly, customer service and great communication with us.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was more than satisfied with my service! ViVi was extremely helpful and patient, even when it required staying 10 minutes after close to finalize my purchase - answering all my questions and providing detailed comparison of printing options. My proof was emailed by the promised time and when my shirt was projected to be a day behind schedule, your team was prompt to notify me and make sure that would be okay without issue for me. Most importantly, the shirt look phenomenal!

Designed a t-shirt for my teen son. Staff was Extremely helpful finding the graphics that would not only appeal to him but work with the shirt color. My son has happily worn the shirt for 3 days in a row now. :-p This is kind of a big deal as he's autistic and can't tolerate the feel of those stiff fabric printing processes. The shirt turned out nice and soft.
