Everything! I always leave satisfied! The only thing I would look into is the check-in system! There are a few bugs that’s need to be fixed.

First they were extremely nice to us and they cut my boys hair exactly like they wanted.

Friendly staff, time of appointment met expectation.

This was my first visit to the shop. I checked in on-line for a 3:19 time. I was a little dismayed at first because when I arrived there were at least 10 people in the waiting area. I had checked in on-line, but I didn't know how that process worked. When 4 people who had been waiting were taken before me, I began to wonder if I had to wait until everyone in the waiting area was served. My wait was about 15 minutes before Angela called my name to be next. She did a great job with my cut. The experience was good, I just didn't know how the on-line check-in process worked. I will be back and ask for Angela for my next cut.

My son Liam goes to get his hair cut by Jamie at the salon on Whittlesey. We used to take him to an expensive place but Jamie does such a great job that he gets a better haircut by her. She is so sweet to him. Such a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone up there. The salon is also very clean.
