The staff is friendly and professional. Love the shampoo, hot towel and shoulder massage, very relaxing. Oh and the massage recliner! It all makes for a great experience. I've also received several promotional discounts which is great.

The hair stylist was great--friendly with a positive attitude. Most of the places around were salons, which for me as a guy would be slightly strange to make an appointment at. I'd prefer barber shop type place where I can just walk in.
