I like the appointment system. But when I stylist is there, but at lunch, it would be good to show if they are out to lunch. Because sometimes I call to see if a stylist is there and they give me their work hours. But when I go to schedule them on your website it shows them not there, because they are out to lunch. So it confuses me in the sense that it makes me think they never went in that day, so I call and ask if they did go in.

The online check in with the sports clips app is very convenient. after I check in and pick my hair stylist it allows me to know when to show up for my haircut. It's basically an online appointment maker if you use the app.
