Fitting and drop off went smoothly. Clothing was well fitted except for the shirt, which was not well fitted in one shoulder and had sleeves that were like balloons with an abundance of material prior to the cuff... and my arms are long for my height and I'm not over weight at all, so its not like my neck size pressed me into a large mans shirt. Hopefully the later comment is helpful.

Nick at Laguna Niguel Friar Tux was incredible. He helped me from the day I walked in, through selection, sizing, reserving, pickup and return. The Tux fit well and was ready for my wedding on time. Other members ofnmy wedding also rented from this location, as well as Vista and Burbank. The entire process was great, and very professional. Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything I got, and gave me a great price. I would and have recommended Friar Tux based on my experiences here throughout the last year.

I received top notch service at Friar Tux as well as my fiancé, who went to a different location in Orange County. I can't say enough about the customer service at the local branches. However, I believe that there is a disconnect with the hub who sends out the tux's from the warehouse. I'm giving a 10/10 because of our level of service we received inside the local branches.
