All the tuxedos fit perfectly and looked great.
The staff is always kind and very helpful. My older son was given the opportunity to be a rep and actually won a free tux for Prom. the selection is good However, the location is tough on parking and the lines to get help at peak times are a little crazy.

The service was excellent. Very helpful and quick. I was in and out for a tux fitting within 20 mins. Very high quality fabric. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or stuffy.

A tux is a tux and I don't think you guys differ very much from other rental shops. I must say though that I will be a loyal customer of the Vista location. When my vest size was too large due a mix up, the manager of the store was there. He not only reassured me that it would be corrected but told me to call the shop the next day and he personally would take care of it. Needless to say, the problem was resolved and I did not need to call him. I think the problems are bound to occur in this industry but the reassurance and customer service I received was unique and priceless. I will continue to use you for tux rentals and specifically the Vista location. Please give my thanks to the store manager and his team for such a great experience that could have been such a negative one.
