Scott Kiralla at the Temecula shop was wonderful. He was alone and handling five customers at the same time. Busy Friday morning. Very professional and knew what he was doing. My dad and I rented tuxes and he had to get a different pair of pants for him and hem up mine by the afternoon.
That afternoon Scott was not there when I went in to pick up the pants, but both the guys there knew who I was and what I needed when I gave them my name.

This is a small tux shop but they definitely went above and beyond for my wedding party. Most of my family was from out of town and they completely accommodated me! They were able to make the style and look come to life through their tuxes! Also, the customer service from Caesar was the best there could be! My fiance and I went to Friar Tux in Vista to rent a tux for our wedding. My fiance is a body builder, no suit fit him properly. It was a frustrating situation, and we were going to take our business else were....until we met Brett. He was so acomodating, really new his stuff, and saved the day. We ended up buying a tux. Brett went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth with our alterations at a different location, and had excellent communication skills. Our best man went throught the same issue, and Brett helped him as well. He REALLY is a wonderful asset to that store, and we could't be more thankful. Our wedding party looked fantastic and we couldnt be happier. Thanks again!

We were helped by Cole in your Laguna Niguel store and the rest of the staff, however I do have to make a special notation regarding your employee Cole. I watched Cole as he had helped customers prior to helping my fiance and I, and he was so detailed and cared so much in the way that he wouldn't put anyone into anything he wouldn't wear himself. I thought for sure, by the time it was my fiance's turn, Cole would have been a little burnt out, as he had to go through the same exact explanation on suits, ties, shoes, etc. However this was not the case at all! Cole was SO PATIENT SO PROFESSIONAL, I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 20 years, and I was blown away with his service. He is someone YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE. He was so patient, and was able to show us multiple arrangements of suits, ties, vests, pants, and honestly, his craft in dealing with customers and their family members is priceless. You need to make sure you continue to provide the support and career path to this young man as he has a VERY BRIGHT future ahead of him. Very smart, chooses his words wisely, and in all honesty deserves the best. I would recommend Friar Tux to anyone as everyone had wonderful customer service. However, Cole was certainly one that stuck out to me and deserves the special recognition. Thank you for putting Mercito in such a beautiful BEAUTIFUL suit, because of you ... we had the most beautiful photos and memories, thank you so much!
