I thought th customer service was amazing. One of my groomsman was complaining his pants were to small so I called the Laguna Niguel store and he sent a couple extra pair just for him to try on. As for th tuxedos I was happy with them. Overall I had a great experience with friars tux and would recommend them to everybody

Friar Tux has excellent selection and variety, great customer service, and a very simple and easy fitting and return process.
The associate that helped me with final fitting was very kind and encouraging.
The associate that helped me pick things was a little apprehensive about making suggestions, which ended up being a bit awkward as I'm trying to meet in the middle and get an honest opinion. I'm sure you give them a script for when customers have bad fashion choices. That line seemed to be "Most people don't pair that with that" etc.
I ended up looking great (in my opinion), so I thought the overall Friar Tux service was very satisfactory. I just wish the guy that was helping me choose things was a bit more forthright. I like to defer to experts, and I wasn't really getting that candid, collaborative attitude I was looking for.
