The instructors are great! I love the studio- it just has a great feel.

I like the studio space because it is clean, inviting, and beautiful. I like the class because I feel free to make my practice my own unique experience that makes me feel great.

Timing of classes (early morning), quality of teachers

The instructor was very welcoming and focused the class to move based on how are bodies were feeling.

Ginger is amazing! Loved her class, and she made me feel special when she remembered me my first time back to the studio in about a year. The yoga and people are awesome.

I loved the workout space and the smaller classes. The instructor was also great I just want to take some more classes to find one that will be a little more challenging for me but I will def be back!

The community of the studio and the teachers. I feel welcome and I like that it is not a large studio with an attitude. The teachers also remember you which I appreciate.

The studio was clean, inviting and friendly. The vinyasa class had the perfect pace, which tells me the teacher was honoring the students abilities and able to gauge where they were at in their workout. Tops!

I like that teachers talk about the spiritual aspect of yoga and that it looks clean. I find the studio average when it comes to all the other aspects. The one thing i dont like and i find quite inconvenient is thw lack of showers. Thanks!

I would love to see some workshops or mindfulness/education things as well. I love the spirituality of yoga and that gets more accentuated with the education of the practice. Whether that was more in the classes or offered another way would be awesome. I unfortunately work on weekends so I can never do the workshops offered. Any chance there would be an experimental Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 options in the future??
