I didn't think I'd like hot yoga but the way this class was led was not only inviting and chill but challenging in a novel way than I expected (and frankly wasn't necessarily looking forward to) from a "power vinyasa" class.

The fact that there is one practice room so it's not overwhelmingly loud in the entry way, as that can tend to happen in larger studios. I like to feel peaceful the moment I step into the studio. I love the instructors and the variety they offer; whether through music, personality or message. The window looking out into the bamboo garden is definitely my favorite feature of the studio :) All in all, always a good experience at HYQA!! So much so, I even had the pleasure of brining my boyfriend to his first class at this studio! He had been to larger classes in the past and didn't like the feel of stepping into a yoga sorority (ha). He truly enjoyed his first restorative class with Puja. We hope to return this weekend, as well!

Ginger is very disarming and encourages yogis to do what feels best for them. It is a inclusive and safe environment and so much fun. Excited to come back again!

Haute Yoga provides a fun, invigorating, spiritual atmosphere while also maintaining a welcoming neighborhood vibe. Classes are never predictable keeping students mentally and physically in shape. The teaching staff is beyond measure and keep me coming back for more.

The instructors are very knowledgeable about the practice and helpful. I also have felt that the classes are very welcoming. I can't say enough good things about hauteyoga QA to my friends

Hauteyoga Queen Anne is an incredible community and a beautiful environment to start or further your yoga practice. The studio has an array of excellent and experienced teachers who have their own style and way of sharing their practice. Hauteyoga has been a wonderful place for me to learn about my yoga practice and myself- I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great yoga instructors - I like the quotes and teachings, in addition to the great physical instruction.

The instructors are what I enjoy. Though, I have noticed a trend since I began and it is hard to know what/who is responsible for which parts/how much.

Either I have become particular as well as more experienced or it seems that the hot hatha classes have become less rigorous. And I notice that primarily in the lesson plan, if you will.

Some of the instructors need to work on their timing. For example, advising the class to stay for 5 breaths, but only allow enough time for 3. I'm sure it is hard to get that right with all the other things going on for instructors, but that is key.

I do appreciate it, though, when they explain the options to accommodate various levels as well as whether doing it one way is about flexibility vs. strength and where people should be feeling things. All this stuff is really helpful.

Also, please clean the ceiling tiles and light panels in the studio. There looks to be some ancient water stains on them and I am tired of looking at the poo shaped one on the light panel.

My instructor on 7.15.2015 at 9:30a.m. was the best I've had... period. Hope other instructors are on par :) (1st time at your studio so fingers crossed)

I like the class availability & that I can find an evening heated class easily. The instructors are all very nice & know what they are doing.
