Professional Trainers, excellent training.
The instructors are very good knowledgeable. They correct your form and always on top of you encouraging you to complete your work out. I like going all my workouts and wont like to miss on any of them.
I would be happy if there was a dance exercise classes like Zumba or u-jam etc..
Trainers are very knowledgeable. They change up the routine to keep you progressing in meeting your fitness goal. The classes are challenging but fun.

The Yoga from Johanna Claussen is amazing. It's not about the aerobics, it's about good posture for life. By far the best Yoga class I've ever been to. Yoga instructors who focus on the aerobic aspects are focusing on the wrong thing. Don't lose this class.
The instructors modify the exercises, as necessary, to accommodate different individuals' requirements/limitations.

The staff are friendly and the locker room is clean and has great amenties, with showers. I look forward to trying out more classes and going to the gym for regular workouts.

friendly staff, convenient location
The Yoga Classes I take each Wednesday at 11:30am or 12:30pm in the Varian VCC fitness center are outstanding! They have done wonders for my physical and mental health, they are convenient (timing wise), are catered to what the audience needs, and are focused on how to do things properly so that you can help maintain your own flexibility longer-term (as we all get older). Please keep them going!
Marianne is AWESOME! She's an 11 - I said '9' because trying to find how to schedule an appointment with her on the website is difficult. :(

Unique offerings like Taichi Flow that other places don't have and on-site training so it feels like a "personal" training session.
