What do you like about our services?

Its a fun open environment.I always feel welcome and not like I'm being judged for trying to get in shape.the trainers are really nice as well.they like to kick your butt, but they make it a fun relaxing way.

Very clean place with nice vibe, and personal trainers are great people who know what to do and sugguest a better life style for a given individual. overall a good experience everytime I go.

What do you like about our services?

Absolutely love the feel of the gym now! Nina has made an incredible difference since becoming manager. The employees now greet you when you enter and tell you goodbye when you leave. The gym is now a welcoming place. It doesn't just have some "big" guys behind the counter talking and ignoring everyone.

I would like to see more classes offered in the evening because i work in caldwell i get off about 5 or 5:15pm so i dont get back until almost 6pm i know we have zumba but i would like to see more t&t or turbokick or other classes like this. thank you

I love the convenience of the location to my home. I enjoy the size of the facility (not too big, not too small). The Chinden location is very very clean. The staff is wonderful.

Stacy is very personnelable. I had left my tanning lotion at home and she let me us hers. Then she preceeded to tell me that the tanning lotion is very important in getting a good tan and mantaining it. Name removed
