The facilities offer a genuine health conscious as well as friendly atmosphere. Most gyms I have been a member to in the past, felt as if they were meat markets,as if I was at a bar without alcohol. The trainers employed are always willing to answer any question and offer advice concerning exercises, form and nutrition.

I like the price, and having 24 hour access. I love being able to choose from a group class, boot camp, or just a regular workout. It's nice to be able to tan at the same location. 24 hour tanning would be awesome...but overall I love body renew :)

Girls in the salon have always been very nice and friendly, I have been going there for years and seen many employees come and go, they for the most part have always been great!
That the gym isn't very expensive, it's open 24 hours, and it's not overcrowded.
The employees are extremely friendly. The gym is clean and has just about everything you need to get in any type of workout. My only complaint is that they need another (or a couple) more sets of the 15 lb dumbbells. There are enough women in there working out and lifting in the same weight range that having only 1 set has become somewhat of an annoyance.
I enjoyed working with Kathryn. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really liked the core routine that she showed me. We'll see how it works in a month! Thanks!

Lisa is great to work with. But the gym is in a good area for me also
