We were very pleased with the work done by House Medic. Tom (serviceman) arrived on time and completed the work in an hour less than the estimate. The work done was very professional looking, and upon completion of the work, Tom completely cleaned up the work area. It was a pleasure to have a live person (Marcus) answer the original phone call, and not have to leave a message and wait for a call back.
One minor problem was noticed the day after the work, and after notifying House Medic, Tom came back promptly and corrected the issue.
We will certainly use House Medic for any future work we need.
I needed a duct installed to prep for the installation of a hood vent (to be installed by the appliance store where I bought it). First of all, I thought the appliance store should have done the whole installation but they don't so thank goodness I found House Medic. The appliance store told me to get an HVAC person to install the duct. I spoke to 5 HVAC guys and none of them could or were willing to do the job. I found House Medic on Home Advisor after I entered a description of the project I needed.I called and spoke to Marcus who seemed genuinely interested in helping me with this problem. It was perfect because Tom handled the installation of the duct on the inside of the house and Israel took care of the part on the roof. House Medic had the specialists needed for each part of the job. Then the cost ended up being LESS than the original estimate they gave me. Right now my hood vent is still not installed because the appliance store ordered the wrong hood that didn't extend low enough. I'm thinking I should have had House Medic take care of the whole installation.
House Medic does great work and their employees are always professional. I like that I can call them with any issue, and they have someone who can complete the work!
