I was hasty in my earlier criticism of House Doctors. Not long after my original post, the owner of House Doctors, Franko Antolovich, came to my house and assured me the problem with my door would be resolved. I was impressed. Once the door problem is resolved I'd like for him to take care of a much larger project I'm considering.
The door problem seemed complicated and I expected to have to buy a new door. The tech you sent, Adrian, checked it and devised a repair that took care of the problem. I am pleased with the result and it saved me the cost of a new door.

House Doctors was awesome! Showed up on time and got the project done under the bid, the re-texture and patch job they preformed looks nice and blends well, you wouldn't notice the work they did and that's excellent for drywall work! They showed up on time with the materials needed and completed the work in a timely fashion.
I have used House Doctors for several jobs, and they haven't required the same skill set. Each time, I get someone that is skilled with the job AND they are also professional and patient about answering any questions I have about the work. I like to use these opportunities to improve my knowledge about the repair so I can more easily assess things that might come up in the future.
