House Doctors(HD)representatives were very polite and professional during the inquiry phase of contact. All expense details concerning the project were carefully and fully explained with absolutely NO pressure applied. When we selected HD, Eddie, the technician was a true professional carefully reviewing all aspects of the project prior to starting and carefully explaining the costs involved. During the project, he noted some items that would prove to be a possible problem down the road. Again, absolutely no pressure brought to bear to complete the additional project. We even received a telephone call from Tom, the owner, offering assistance concerning the unforeseen problem area. HD is consumer oriented with guaranteed workmanship and trained/certified technicians. Hats off to HD's management and staff/technicians. I recommend in a "Heartbeat." Congratulations!

They were able to adjust to my schedule to get the jobs completed.
The service was great and the serviceman was willing to take as long as it took for the job to be completed. We ran into a few problems, not their fought.
Thomas was extremely Professional with a very polite and friendly attitude. Thomas worked very quickly and provided some insightful information on one of our appliances. Our thanks to Thomas for his professional attitude and to Debra for her assistance in scheduling the work ASAP.

This company is excellent. I have used them for random home problems: to fix shower doors, to do carpentry, fix an old dining room table, etc. They tell you in advance how long a job will take and what it will cost. They are honest and extremely capable.
