Convenient to the airport. Prompt shuttle to the airport. Pick up from airport could be a tad faster though.

Upon arrival at the Parking Spot, the woman who drove the shuttle to the airport on the morning of 10/22/20, wasn't wearing a mask (!) and drove so UNBELIEVABLY recklessly fast, all of us passengers thought we were going to tip over careening around curves. It was REALLY frightening......and again, why wasn't she wearing a mask???

Coming home from the airport the afternoon of 10/25/20, our driver was fantastic--he wore a mask, was super friendly and drove beautifully.

Took us directly to our car. Really convenient using the phone app to pay and leave through the gate.

Like the covered parking, the free drinks, and the app. I suggest you build a rail tram from airport to the parking spot. Think looonnggg term.

This was one of the best parking experiences I've had. The Parking Spot picked me up right at my car, gave me a card with my parking spot on it and got my luggage out of my car for me. Super great customer service. Getting back to my car was just as easy dropping me off at my car and putting my luggage right next to my car. Thank you for the great service.
