No hassle
I desire valet service. Without valet service, it was mildly confusion if the shuttle picks us up or if we needed to "catch" it. Otherwise, the service was great.

All busses are timely and fast. There never is a long wait
The convenience and the price (at least the price we paid given our first-time user password). I also like the app. The exit could be more clearly marked. It was great that the driver had a card telling us where we parked. It would be great if there was a way to securely note that in the app.

The drivers were fantastic
I find the service very helpful and the ease of signing up is wonderful. However, please bring back the water! I got off the plane and had a 2-hour drive home and was counting on the water to get me there. No water - so sad!
