I use the Essentials 5 in 1, I think it is a great product. I also like how someone calls, (I apologize I wish I could remember who called the last time because she was very pleasant and professional)to check if I am ready for an order. It worked great because we were going to be on vacation, so she scheduled the delivery for when we would be home.

Products are superior to other products our practice has used in the past. However, the customer service has been less than superior. Should not have to call every month in order to receive commission checks. When we do call, NOBODY seems to know what they are talking about! Very frustrating. Good thing we like the products as much as we do. Hope they can fix this problem.
