Home is cleaned effectively and to request. I would however caution about potential cleaning equipment and/or cords potentially coming into contact with baseboards or corners leaving marks.

You have a quality control system in place which ensures quality and consistency. This prevents the individual worker from making their own standards which may not be as high as I expect.
