Prompt response. Always so friendly and willing to answer questions. As normal there is a 3 hour window to expect the service person to arrive, but we have been lucky where they arrive within the first hour.

Tech was great, fixed problem and explained thermostat
My furnace went out Thanksgiving morning - and we were in Florida. They had a service tech Nate out the next morning by 8:00 a.m. As it turned out, it was a faulty circuit board - which we had just replaced less than a year ago. The part was covered under warranty - but… the part suppliers were closed on Friday for the holiday. Nate and his service manager were able to get a supplier to open up just for them to get the part. As a result, my furnace was up and running that afternoon, and sitting 1,700 miles away - I had peace of mind. The only cost to me for an emergency service was a standard trip charge because I have the Smart Club Maintenance program. This maintenance plan is totally worth the price I paid for it. I also appreciate the same tech comes out for my annual furnace and AC maintenance so he knows my system. I highly recommend Standard Heating & Air.
This is the loudest furnace I have ever had. It sounds like a freight train and then ends with a loud clump when it turns off. VERY disappointed. I would never ever purchase another Bryant furnace again.
The HVAC I received is a great product.
I might have a problem with the Evolution Thermostat.( update preformed previously)
It is not reporting the furnace filter usage after 1 year 0%
On the humidifier filter after 1 year usage 98% used.
Both were replaced last week after 1 year of usage
I'm monitoring it for a month from the service call November 20th
Alan was able to get the job done in 1 day. Your employees were very helpful when I had questions. I enjoyed having Alan and Josh in my home.
I like the consistency of the service and desire to add value by each Standard person we come in contact with.
When I expressed concern about protecting my outside ac unit from leaves and bad weather knowing that the general advice is not to cover due to rodents. the Standard tecnician suggested we use a snow sled saucer to cover the top just to keep the leaves out.
Silly .maybe .. but it worked .. the pragmatisim of the suggestion and its successful implementation ... made me feel that Stanrdard goes the extra mile to be helpful and relevant to me their customer.
