Calling AHS preventative maintenance department was easy. Making the appointment was simple. The person I talked to was Friendly and professional. I Received a call back the same day the appointment was made To tell me the contractor was no longer with them. Another contractors name and phone number was given to me And within 2 or 3 days this new contractor call to set up an appointment. New contractor was prompt friendly courteous and professional.

I am 78 yrs old and disabled in a walker and cannot do all these things anymore. The service man said I needed a new filter. When he washed it it got a hole in it. and told me to go to Home depot & I did but they didn't have it and I had to go to 5 places to get one. I had to put my walker in & out of the car 5 times & it took me over 3 hours. I think he should have helped me with this. That is why I pay for this. Otherwise he was very nice.
Its a fair insurance plan on items in hyopur home.
