Very professional. Very friendly. The areas housing the dogs are very clean. There is always a counselor with the dogs. They are always watched so that your dog is safe. The monitor in the lobby is able to show you what your dog is doing when away from you.

I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to everyone who wants to have piece of mind when there dogs are away from them.

The people make the place wonderful. Our two pups can't wait to get in to the building when we get there, and are always very excited to see the staff members who welcome them. When we pick them up they are exhausted and ready to come home for a nap.

Also, the staff is very flexible about accommodating changes to our schedule, sometimes at the last minute.

Everything! The staff is wonderful and I feel secure that my dog is well taken care of!

Everyone is so friendly and go above and beyond to make dogs and owner feel so comfortable.

The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. If leaving a voice message someone always gets back to me within an hour. My dog was reluctant at first to go with the camp counselors but now he freely goes with them when getting dropped off. They have a variety of enrichment sessions you can sign up for.

The first thing I noticed upon entering CBW
was the fresh clean smell ! It can’t be easy keeping things clean and tidy with all those playful pups but CBW does it right ! Staff is friendly and are in tuned into the pups and their parents . I am a happy camper ( yes, pun intended) thank you CBW !!

Camp Bow-wow is a phenomenal facility with superlative staff who go above and beyond in caring for the dogs in their charge.
The facility is bright, clean, modern and well maintained.
Apple absolutely loves spending her days at Camp. She is always greeted with hugs on arrival and we are content knowing that she is in good hands and well care for by the staff as if she were their pets. The extra activities and holiday photos offered are a bonus.
We use Camp Bow-wow for her overnight stays as well and we never have to worry about leaving her. We’ve also had her baths and grooming done as well - literally like a Pet Wawa for dogs!

I like the fact that Camp Bow Wow has live stream cameras in their common camp areas. When I'm away, I like to check to see that my dog is engaging with other dogs and camp counselors. I also like the number of services they offer for the dogs. I particularly like the enrichment classes. During enrichment time, my dog engages in agility and mental stimulating activities, one on one with a camp counselor. The counselors often text me pictures of her sessions so I can see how well she is doing.

Overall, I feel Camp Bow Wow is a well-organized, compassionate service that provides safe, well supervised, and transparent dog care that I will trust with the care of beloved pet whenever I away.

All of the employees here are excellent and CLEARLY love each and every dog that comes through the door.

I like that there is always a human in with the dogs, which is so uncommon at other places. I love the enrichment opportunities and the easy accessibility to grooming services. The staff is friendly and kind.
